Our Response
We take this matter very seriously and have taken immediate action to protect the public and our customers. We have lodged official reports with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) regarding the unauthorized use of our company name and licensed travel agency identity. We are also in the process of submitting a formal complaint to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to facilitate further action against the fraudulent online content and accounts.
In addition, we are working closely with the relevant authorities and online platforms to investigate the matter, remove the fraudulent accounts, and prevent further misuse of our company’s identity.
If you believe you have been contacted by these scammers or have made a payment to them, please contact us immediately and lodge a report with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
